Jake has a fairly outgoing personality. He’s willing to act like a fool just to make someone smile. He always tries to find the good in any situation. He’s pretty much the biggest optimist you’ll ever meet, which at times can be annoying.
He grew up in North Carolina, where he also went to college and med school. While he was in med school his mother became ill and he had to take a few semesters off to take care of her. His family has always been at the top of his list of priorities. He has two younger sisters, who he is helping his parents to put through school.
Jake has been known to get a bit crazy at work, but never to the point of being unprofessional. Most of the time his craziness is aimed at trying to cheer up a kid that’s going through chemo. He can be a bit of a workaholic, when he gets invested in a case.
His personal life is pretty much non existent at this point. Mostly due to the hours that he keeps at the hospital.
